Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta
Lightly oil 4 ramekins or dariole molds.
In a small bowl sprinkle gelatin over boiling water and set aside to bloom.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat while stirring, until the mixture just starts to simmer. Add the bloomed gelatin and mix until fully dissolved. Remove from the heat.
Divide the mixture between the ramekins or molds and leave to come to room temperature, then chill for at least 3 hours.
Invert panna cottas onto plates to serve. Serve with berry coulis, if desired.
Preparation: 15 mins + 3 hours to set
2 1/2 tsp gelatin
1 TBSP boiling water
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp Taylor & Colledge Vanilla Bean Paste
