Vanilla Bean, Lavender & Blackberry Ice Cream
In a bowl, mash blackberries.
Add thickened cream and Vanilla Bean Paste to bowl of stand mixer with whisk attachment and whip until stiff peaks form. Fold through condensed milk, Lavender Extract Paste until just combined.
Gently stir in mashed blackberries. Spoon mixture into airtight container and freeze overnight.
Preparation: 10 min + freeze overnight

13.3 fl oz (395ml) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp Taylor & Colledge Lavender Extract Paste
